Norris Trophy
Tom Johnson (1959)

Between 1955 and 1961, Tom Johnson was the lone defenseman, aside from Doug Harvey, to win the Norris Trophy. That season, he amassed 39 points, including 29 assists in 70 games. Only Bill Gadsby of the Rangers finished ahead of him in points, finishing second in that category among NHL defensemen.
