Most Memorable Moments Against the Panthers
A joint effort

On March 9, 1998, the Canadiens downed the Florida Panthers by a score of 6-1. Brian Savage ended the night with two goals and an assist, while Saku Koivu added a trio of points the cause with three helpers of his own. Patrice Brisebois and Vincent Damphousse both finished the tilt with two-point efforts. Eleven Canadiens would participate in the team’s six goals, making it the largest margin of victory by which one team had ever beaten the other.
