After voting for the Habs’ Play of the Week all season long, it’s now time to crown the 2012-13 Canadiens Play of the Year. Be sure to vote for your favorite plays all the way to the championship final.

#10 - Passing play   #23 - Mass destruction
Alex Galchenyuk, Jeff Halpern and Brandon Prust combine to complete a nifty passing play that sends the puck from linemate to linemate and finishes with Prust netting a quick response goal for the Habs to tie the game at two.
Fired up after cracking Craig Anderson to open the scoring in Game 2, Ryan White takes his physical game to the next level, going on a hitting rampage in the third frame, to make sure the game’s momentum stayed squarely in the Canadiens’ corner.

#7 - Wicked Wrister   #26 - Line of fire
Brendan Gallagher puts his sniping skills on display yet again, rifiling a Max Pacioretty pass past Brian Boucher to open the scoring against the Flyers.   David Desharnais combines once again with Max Pacioretty and Brendan Gallagher to give the Habs a boost when they need it, picking up a blast off the boards and stick-handling Tomas Vokoun right out of his crease for a go-ahead goal.
