158 – Number of days since the last home game for the New York Rangers. Since their home, the Madison Square Garden, had been under renovation, the Rangers played the first nine games of their season on the road.

7 – Number of Habs players with more than one goal this season. Eller, Plekanec and Gallagher are tied for the team lead with five goals each.
