#Twitterstar: @AaronPalushaj

Despite being in his third season with the organization, Aaron Palushaj hasn’t had a chance to introduce himself to fans as quickly as he might have liked. One of the Bulldogs’ leading scorers since making the jump to the AHL, the 23-year-old forward has taken to Twitter to rectify that situation. Just a few months into his tweeting career, and @AaronPalushaj is already making a name for himself online, 140 characters at a time.

Who convinced you to join the Twittersphere:

No one really convinced me. Max Pacioretty and Philip DeSimone were talking about it all the time this summer as well as other guys who we were training with. I just felt like it was time for me to get an account and expand my horizons to the social media world!

Do you feel like you succumbed to the “Dark Side of the force”:

I don’t think so. I don’t tweet all that much and I haven’t gotten in trouble with it yet. I just have to be careful with it.

How often do you go on Twitter daily:

I go on it just about every day.

Name your three favorite athletes to follow on Twitter:

Tiger Woods (@TigerWoods), LeBron James (@KingJames), and Max Pacioretty (@MaxPacioretty67)

Name someone you follow on Twitter that would surprise people:

Hard to say since I don’t follow a lot of people.

Which of your teammates would you most like to see join Twitter:

Maybe Alexander Avtsin. I think it would be funny if he could start tweeting in English or French, no Russian! I think he would surprise everybody.

What’s the weirdest Tweet you’ve ever received from one of your followers:

I’ve only been on Twitter for a couple months now, so I haven’t received anything too weird… yet! It might not be weird, but some fans posted some pictures I took with them that I completely forgot about.
