CHICAGO - Here's a numerical look at the Habs-Blackhawks game on Wednesday night at the United Center.

1973 – The most recent year only one Canadian team qualified for the NHL postseason, with the Habs now officially representing Canada’s lone shot at the Cup in 2013-14 after the Leafs were statistically eliminated on Tuesday night.

12 – Number of years since the Canadiens last won a regular season game in Chicago, having faced the Hawks in the Windy City just three times in that span prior to Wednesday night. Overall, the Habs now own a 125-96-0-55 record in Chicago, dating back to a 3-1 Habs win on Dec. 22, 1926.

1 – Number of Canadiens players who have suited up for all 80 Habs games to date this season, with only P.K. Subban being able to claim that honor after Andrei Markov stayed back in Montreal with Carey Price and Alexei Emelin for the team’s trip to Chicago.

600 – Number of games played by Mike Weaver in his NHL career, hitting the milestone with the Canadiens 11-and-a-half years after playing his first career NHL game with the Atlanta Thrashers on Nov. 27, 2001…against the Habs.

15 – Number of games Josh Gorges was forced to miss with a broken hand, making his return to the Habs’ blue line on Wednesday night alongside Subban.

5 – Number of hits thrown by Gorges in his return, seemingly fully recovered from the injury that saw him miss over a month of action.

11-2-2 – Record enjoyed by the Canadiens with Dale Weise in the lineup, helping the Habs with a goal in his return to action after missing the last six games with an upper body injury.

1:06 – Ice time enjoyed by Alex Galchenyuk in the evening, forced to leave the game with a lower body injury after playing just two shifts in the first period.

5 – Number of shots blocked by Weaver in the evening, the most he’s blocked since becoming a member of the Canadiens on March 4.

11 – Number of teams Weise has failed to register a point against in his NHL career, scratching the Blackhawks off that list with his third period goal at the United Center.

100 – Percentage of Francis Bouillon’s goals in 2013-14 that have been game winners, scoring his second goal of the campaign to make it 2-1 Montreal in the third period.

8 – Number of points racked up by David Desharnais in his last seven games, picking up an assist on Bouillon’s third period goal.
