BROSSARD – The Habs practiced on Monday morning at the Bell Sports Complex.

- The team, led by assistant coaches J.J. Daigneault and Clement Jodoin, put the emphasis on special teams, working on drills to hone a powerplay unit which went 0-6 against Nashville on Saturday.

- With Daniel Briere (concussion) and Brandon Prust (upper-body) out with injuries sustained on Saturday, the team recalled Michael Blunden and Patrick Holland from the Hamilton Bulldogs.

- Alexei Emelin, George Parros and Douglas Murray skated on the other ice surface with strength coach Pierre Allard.

- Carey Price will start on Tuesday against the Oilers.

- Michael Bournival is here to stay; coach Therrien announced Monday that the rookie has been asked to find a place to live in the city.

- The Canadiens have also recalled defenseman Nathan Beaulieu from the Hamilton Bulldogs Monday afternoon.
