The Canadiens held their second full practice in as many days on Tuesday in Brossard as they continue to prepare for their first-round playoff series against the Ottawa Senators that will kick off on Thursday night at the Bell Centre.

Thirty minutes before Tuesday’s practice was set to officially start, the Canadiens’ assistant coaches jumped on the ice along with the players to get in a little extra work on the power play and penalty kill.

Since you can’t start a playoff beard if you already have a regular season one, a handful of players decided to get in an early shave and reset their facial hair to zero, with most notably a clean-shaven Brandon Prust hitting the ice for practice.

Lines and pairings at practice:

Gallagher - Eller - Galchenyuk

Prust - White - Moen

Desharnais - Bourque - Pacioretty

Gionta - Plekanec - Ryder

Halpern - Armstrong

Gorges - Diaz

Markov - Subban

Bouillon - Tinordi

Kaberle - Drewiske
