Print- The Canadiens held an optional skate on Wednesday morning. Mike Blunden, Yannick Weber, P.K. Subban and Peter Budaj were the only Habs who took part.
- Subban joined his teammates at the hotel on Tuesday night after signing a two-year deal on Monday.
- Budaj will get his first start of the season on Wednesday night against the Sens. Craig Anderson will be between the pipes for Ottawa, looking to build on his league-leading .967 save percentage and 0.98 goals-against average.
