The Bulldogs were back to work the next day following a disappointing 5-1 loss to the Heat, looking for a little redemption in their second-straight match-up with the B.C. squad. The ‘Dogs got just what they were looking for as goaltender Cédrick Desjardins stopped the Heat cold, logging his first shutout of the season in only his fourth start. Adding another assist to his stats in the process, Gabriel Dumont quietly climbed to second place in points among his teammates, pulling even with Aaron Palushaj, and now sitting only two points behind rookie, Brendan Gallagher.
