In the Dogs\' house
October 26, 2012

After dropping back to back games, the Bulldogs were looking to get back to their winning ways as they faced off against the Toronto Marlies at Hamilton’s Copps Coliseum. The two teams headed into the game’s final frame on even footing following a Marlies’ marker that evened the score at 3-3 with less than two minutes to go in the second frame. The clubs proceeded to trade goals in the third period with Hamilton’s Gabriel Dumont sending the game into overtime thanks to a clutch goal with under seven minutes left in the game. Overtime, however, would prove less successful for the ‘Dogs, as the Marlies’ Simon Gybsers beat Peter Delmas with a booming slap shot to end the game.
